                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 4204
                   BENTON DRIVE, BEING ON THE SOUTHWEST LINE OF
                   BENTON DRIVE SOUTHEAST OF HARRISON PIKE FROM
                   R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
             
              A tract of land located at 4204 Benton Drive, being on
              the southwest line of Benton Drive southeast of Harrison
              Pike.  An unplatted tract as described in deed book
              2790, page 776, R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No. 128E-A-7.1.
             
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
         	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
